Terms and Conditions

• Bangkok Matching holds no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and another person that you might meet through a Bangkok Matching event. You agree not to initiate any claim against Bangkok Matching resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold Bangkok Matching free from any liability.

• Bangkok Matching takes no responsibility for the activities of its participants, nor of its participants at consequential meetings and reserves the right to refuse entry to any drunken or disorderly person.

• The information supplied to Bangkok Matching will be kept confidential and will not be passed onto a third party without your prior consent. 

Cancellations

• We are not able to accept cancellations, as the quality and success of our events would be compromised by an uneven ratio of males/females. However, if you are able to provide us with at least 72 hours notice via email, we will do our best to move you to another Bangkok Matching event. If we are able to move you to another event, you will be charged an additional Baht 100 Administration fee.
• Bangkok Matching reserves all right to cancel the event if uncontrolled situations occurred which cause the event can’t be held as scheduled.  But we will refund all payment made without interest.
